Privacy Policy

Blue Peak Real Estate helps renters find apartments in the Denver area at no cost to the renter. This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • What you tell us. When you send us your wishlist, request a tour, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, an optional social handle, your move-in date, budget, apartment preferences, and any notes you add. The wishlist also asks two screening questions that apartment communities commonly ask (household income relative to rent, and eviction or felony history in the past seven years) so we can match you with communities whose application criteria you are likely to meet.
  • What your browser sends. Like most websites, our server logs the IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.
  • Advertising measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It records page views and when a form is submitted. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load the pixel.
  • Cookies. The public website sets no cookies of its own. The Meta Pixel may set its own. Our agent portal uses a single sign-in cookie for Blue Peak agents.

How we use it

We use your information to find apartments that fit, contact you about them, schedule tours, and register you as our client with the communities you choose. That registration is how our service stays free for you: the community pays us, never the renter. We also use it to improve our service and our advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Blue Peak agents who work with you.
  • Apartment communities you ask us to contact or tour. We send your name, contact details, and move-in needs to register you as our client there.
  • Service providers that run our tools: Airtable (our database), Google Workspace (email), Meta (ad measurement), and our web hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are helping you and afterward as part of our business records, since many clients come back when their lease renews. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

  • Email sales@bluepeakrealestate.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
  • Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us and we will stop.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser and we will not load the advertising pixel.

Children

This website is for adults looking for housing. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
