Blue Peak Advisory is a commercial real estate consultancy for owners, developers, and institutions on the Colorado Front Range. The difference is the plumbing. We run our own AI stack for comp research, market analysis, deal tracking, and outreach, so the analysis that used to take a team a month arrives in days, with the sources attached.

Every engagement starts with the numbers: asking and effective rents, concessions, vacancy, absorption, and the comparable transactions that matter for your asset. Our systems pull and normalize the data. Max reads it, argues with it, and tells you what to do.

We work across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily, with prior senior roles at Blackstone's LivCor, Carroll Organization, and Kairoi Residential behind the judgment.

What we run

Four systems, one advisor.

  1. Comp research and market analysis. Comps gathered and normalized to NNN per square foot per year, with effective rent, concessions, and vacancy by submarket. Delivered as a report you can hand to a lender.
  2. Live deal tracking. Every advertised concession in the Denver market, checked daily. Pricing advice reflects this week's specials, not last quarter's survey.
  3. Lease and capital strategy. Lease-up, renewal, repositioning, and capital-partner scenarios modeled on the same data, so the recommendation and the numbers never disagree.
  4. Outreach and lead systems. Targeted, tracked outreach to tenants, owners, and capital partners. Drafted by our systems, reviewed and sent by a person.
